Each and every system is uncrated as soon as it arrives in our warehouse, then quality tested and certified, so that you know that you are not only receiving a great game, but one that is fully working and in excellent condition. We have 2 inspection processes based on the game type.

GOLD CERTIFIED GAMES - Inspection Process for New Games
- Once uncrated, the entire cabinet is inspected for any scratches, dings, or dents.
- We then turn on the system and allow it to boot up.
- Our technicians play a full game of each game within the system to make sure that everything is running smoothly, that the games contain no software glitches, and that there is no discoloration in the monitors.
- We then use a process called "Cooking". A system is cooked by leaving it plugged in for a period of time to make sure it has no problems, since most problems occur early with new games.
- The machine is then wrapped and recrated identically to the way it was received, then palletized and made ready for shipment. |

SILVER CERTIFIED GAMES - Inspection Process for Used Games
- All of our used games are stored in our warehouse until sold.
- Once purchased, the system will then be "Shopped Out", meaning it will be plugged in, and an itemized list of required software components needed will be made.
- Needed replacement parts are then ordered from our in-house parts department and replaced in the system.
- Gun games - Calibration settings are tested and calibrated as needed.
- We then test the joysticks and all buttons to make sure everything is working properly.
- Once everything on the software and functionality side has been tested and repaired, we then continue to make any cosmetic repairs needed.
- With older games, it is sometimes impossible to find decals to replace any that are missing. If that happens, we will do our absolute best to recreate the decals ourselves.
- If there are any deep dents or gauges in the cabinet, we will blend paint colors to paint them and blend them in.
- For severe cabinet damage we plate games. We change the T molding (makes the cabinet look better), cut to fit any plexiglass that needs replacing , and repair or replace damaged control panels.
- System is then tested and cooked for 24-48 hours.
