What are the warranties for your games? All Used games come with 90 day warranties and NEW games come with 90 day to 6 month warranties depending on the game and the manufacturer of the game.
If I am in California can you service my game if it is having problems? Well, if you are having problems you can contact your sales rep and they will have one of our technicians call you and try to trouble shoot the problem over the phone. Our techs have worked in this industry since the release of Pac-Man (1981) so they are familiar with most problems from the monitor to the logic boards that may occur.
What if I need someone to do a service call? We have a contact list of qualified technicians all over the US that handle service calls for us. If the game is under warranty we will supply the components needed to repair the game at no charge (shipping not included)… If a game arrives with problems we will assume responsibility for the service call as well. In some cases in rural areas we will rely on the manufacturers to provide the name of a technician in your area as their games are used commercially all over the US.
If I purchase more than one game can I expect to receive favorable pricing? We appreciate any purchase whether its one game or more and we will definitely work with you in the event you want to make a multiple game purchase.
What type of payments do you accept? We take all majors credit cards (except overseas), checks and can accept wire transfers. Once we receive a check we will have to wait until it clears before it ships, can take 3-5 business days.
Should I leave my game on all the time or can I turn it off and on per use? If you know the game will get a lot of play through out the day we would suggest leaving it on, but if not we recommend turning it off per each use.
Why are some games so expensive but only under warranty for 90 days? These machines are built for commercial use and will have 100 or more plays a week in commercial locations compared to maybe 15 or fewer in a household. They are built to withstand heavy use and most problems will surface early. Commercially used games will have problems years before games used primarily in a house hold… but they are electronics so there are no guarantees, but we offer free lifetime phone tech support with your purchase.
Is there sales tax if I purchase from you? We have to charge sales tax in our commercially represented areas which are the Southeast US… We also charge sales tax for orders in Ohio, if you are not in those areas then there would be no sales tax.
Do you carry parts for the games you sell? Yes, we have a parts department with over $300,000 worth of inventory. We carry smaller parts from guns, joy-sticks, push buttons to the larger items like power supplies, monitors and logic boards. We also have an advance replacement department that can ship out a logic board or another high dollar component to get your game up and running fast. We will charge the amount of the board or component and issue full credit when we receive the defective one back. If out of warranty we will just bill you for the repair and shipping costs.
Can you do expedited shipping? Yes, items can be shipped next day but it is expensive and cost will depend on your location. View our shipping options here.
