SHIPPING INFORMATION
We can pretty much ship games all over the world (please specify country and closest port) but most of our shipments are in the US… We use different freight companies depending on the location a delivery is needed. Transit times vary depending on the type if delivery but in most cases a shipment can be received in 3-5 business days and 7-9 business days in a more specialized delivery. We use major carriers such as Fed Ex National, Road Runner Transportation, Yellow Freight and Wilson trucking for Curbside and Threshold deliveries and NAVL/ Beltmann for White Glove Deliveries. Since we ship thousands of games a year most carriers offer us 70%-72% discounts on shipments so we gladly offer those savings to you and do not use freight as a means to generate more profit from a sale. Below are details on different delivery options:

Curbside- This is the most inexpensive and fastest way to receive an item. Transit times are usually 3-5 business days anywhere in the US. Since we are located in Charlotte, NC you could expect the shipment to arrive in 1-3 Days in the East coast and 3-5 business days from the Midwest to West Coast. After shipment leaves HomeArcadeStore we will email a link to the carrier’s website and a pro number to copy and paste and you can track the progress of the shipment all the way to your door. With residential deliveries the carrier will call the contact number you provide us to schedule a delivery timeframe and day once it reaches the terminal closest to the delivery address. They will pull in front of your house and lower the item to the ground with a lift gate and the item will be your responsibility from that point. A commercial or residential dolly is highly recommended depending on the item.

White Glove Deliveries- This type of delivery usually takes the longest to receive and average 3-9 business days depending on your location. You can choose from two types of deliveries in this category, inside placement with no set up or delivery any where in the house with set up and debris removal. Since every home and game room location in the home varies we will need as much information as possible to better quote this delivery. Example: how far from the truck to the entry of the house, up or down stairs, if down stairs is there access around the back of the house. If you were delivering this items what obstacles stand out to you that might present a challenge. NAVL/ Beltmann will handle these deliveries for us and have below a 1% damage percentage and are simply the best. There will be sometime we will use a carrier (RR Trans, Fed Ex Nat’l etc..) to take the game from us to their closest home express in your area to speed things up and in some cases cut the cost for you.
All deliveries above will be quoted upon request if you provide a delivery zip code and delivery preference either by phone or via email. We pride ourselves in having the fastest response time to our customers so if we are unable to give you a quote at the time of your request we will get directly in touch with you and let you know we have received your inquiry and will be with you shortly. We have in the past zoned our freight out per averages but realized the true savings of our discounts we not being passed along to you due to padding from fuel surcharges and others fluctuating costs so we like to provide a real time quote.
When the shipment arrives we encourage you to fully inspect the carton the game arrives in to make sure no damage occurred to your game during transit. You will want to look for significant holes in the box, indentions things of that nature. If the box does not appear to be perfect this does not mean that damage has occurred, so if crating needs to be removed to make sure no damaged has occurred we suggest for you to request that. If there is minimal damage and you want to sign for the shipment or fear there could be damage but are eager to play your game PLEASE NOTE any damage, scratches or any information relating to the game on the paperwork the carrier will have you sign so a claim can be filed, this will have to be done by you but we will be glad help you through this process. If our help is needed during the delivery we can help and are only a phone call away. Once this paperwork is signed for that is stating you received this item in acceptable condition (used games will have some scratches and signs of wear that are unrelated to the shipment) and if damage is recognized later the carrier will suspect that damage occurred during moving the game into the room have designated it to and did not occur during shipment so please make sure you follow the steps above.
